Packages are dispatched in 2-3 working days, during promotion we might need up to 4-5 working days.
Delivery in 1-3 working days for EU and by 5 working days for rest of the world.
This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country. For non EU Countries Alive Cycling is not liable for any local import duties and taxes.
In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of the delivery from the recipient, shipping costs, duties, taxes and return fee will be deducted from the refund.
